Toronto’s two federal byelections could change the makeup of parliament — these candidates want your vote

With two Toronto byelections just days away, Prime Minister Mark Carney’s Liberals are expected to hold onto long-time party strongholds in Scarborough Southwest and University Rosedale. Liberals’ Bill Blair and Chrystia Freeland dominated in the last general election, earning more than 60 per cent of the vote in their respective ridings, in seats they’ve held for more than a decade.
