Myth of the Ostrich is an 80-minute a comedy about a protective mother who discovers a letter written by her son to someone she assumes is his girlfriend. The show, written by Matt Murray, is being featured at this year’s Next Stage Theatre Festival. The Scope’s reporter Sara Cristiano had the chance to sit down with Murray earlier this week to talk about his play as well as about the writing process, about creating dynamic characters, and more.
